Product Overview:

Zhongjing Ozone Generator is a new generation of ozone generator. Its core component uses a high dielectric constant discharge body, and adopts a micro gap high-frequency silent discharge form. The cooling method is an external dual water cooled structure, which improves the concentration and stability of ozone. It can be used when connected to clean low dew point compressed air.

Zhongjing ozone power supply adopts high-frequency frequency conversion digital frequency modulation inverter technology, and is equipped with an original high-power drive module. The equipment control system adopts digital intelligent programming to achieve online detection of operating conditions, and adopts intelligent CPU integrated control mode to provide self inspection and alarm protection for equipment operating conditions and faults. Ozone production, concentration, and operating time can be adjusted at will. The central processing unit (CPU) can be upgraded and compatible with industrial PCs for integrated control and other functions. Optimized equipment configuration greatly reduces the volume and weight of the entire machine, reducing energy consumption and investment costs.

Application field:

Pharmaceutical, food, aquatic products, aquaculture, purified water, tap water, electronics, incubators, cold storage, aseptic processing workshops, warehousing, cosmetics, chemical engineering, air and water treatment, and the interior of closed pipeline containers are widely used in various fields. Used in various small and medium-sized water treatment projects (disinfection, sterilization, oxidation, deodorization, decolorization) or to produce ozone disinfected water. It is used for air disinfection in various occasions (sterilization in processing workshops in pharmaceutical and food industries). It is used for sterilization in closed pipeline sealed containers (containers such as reaction kettles). Ozone disinfection does not require any chemicals to be added, which is economical and environmentally friendly, without residues and secondary pollution.

Product features:

·The ozone generator is installed outside the purification air conditioning box, with a simple structure and convenient installation and use. The user provides standard power supply, low dew point (- 45 ℃) clean air, and cooling water. Ozone is connected to the air duct of the purification system through a pipe, and the purification circulating air is used to diffuse ozone to each clean room for sterilization.

·The high-voltage power supply and discharge chamber are integrated and modular, avoiding the failure of a single discharge unit that can cause the entire machine to become unusable.

·The equipment is small in size and easy to maintain after saving.

·It can be equipped with a man-machine interface and an ozone concentration printer to print parameters in real time and at a fixed time.

·It can communicate with the Owner's DCS to achieve remote control.

·The sharing mode of multiple air cabinets is adopted, and multiple groups of air conditioning systems can share an ozone generator for disinfection.

·Can be equipped with an N+1 ozone concentration sub controller to detect the ambient ozone concentration in each clean area in real time.

·The ozone concentration of each fan cabinet system can be arbitrarily set to automatically maintain the ozone concentration required for each space.
