The small oxygen generator uses clean air as the raw material, uses highly active lithium based molecular sieves as adsorbent, and produces oxygen from the air under a certain pressure. Purified and dried compressed air is subjected to pressure swing adsorption and desorption in an adsorption tank. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieves is much faster than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, and oxygen is concentrated in the gas phase, ultimately retaining relatively pure oxygen (93% ± 3%).
