adsorption type dryer
The principle of adsorption dryer is to utilize the difference between water content and air molecular volume in saturated compressed air, while using highly active molecular sieves to filter out saturated water vapor in compressed air, which can easily adsorb water molecules into molecular sieve particles, and then use cyclic regeneration to reduce molecular sieves. Due to the fact that the adsorbent will reach a saturated equilibrium within a certain period of time, it is necessary to use dry gas for regeneration to restore the adsorption and drying effect. The adsorption dryer uses two towers to work alternately. It uses its own drying gas and depressurizes it to a pressure close to atmospheric pressure to regenerate and dry the other tower as regeneration gas. It switches between the two towers at a set switching time, thereby continuously providing dry compressed gas. The dew point of the compressed air can be maintained at - 40 ℃ or higher.
