The Zhongjing ZCF-WZ - (G) series tubular ozone generator uses a water cooled integrated modular ozone generator, utilizing the principle of high-voltage corona discharge, and adopts a micro gap high-frequency silent discharge form. The heat generated during the operation of the ozone discharge unit needs to be released, and the cooling water is taken away through the anode and cathode cavities of the ozone unit. The selection of a dual water cooled structure for the Zhongjing tubular ozone module improves the concentration and stability of ozone, Ozone can be generated by connecting clean low dew point compressed air and transported to the place of use through pipelines.
The Zhongjing tubular ozone generator has the characteristics of high concentration, low energy consumption, simple operation, low failure rate, and easy protection. The core component of the device uses a high dielectric constant discharge body, and the Zhongjing ozone generator power supply uses high-frequency frequency conversion digital frequency modulation inverter technology, equipped with an original high-power drive module. The equipment control system adopts digital intelligent programming to achieve online detection of operating conditions, and adopts intelligent CPU integrated control mode to provide self inspection and alarm protection for equipment operating conditions and faults. Ozone production, concentration, and operating time can be adjusted at will. The central processing unit (CPU) can be upgraded and compatible with industrial PCs for integrated control and other functions. Optimized equipment configuration greatly reduces the volume and weight of the entire machine, reducing energy consumption and investment costs.

Pharmaceutical, food, aquatic products, aquaculture, purified water, tap water, electronics, incubators, cold storage, aseptic processing workshops, warehousing, cosmetics, chemical engineering, air and water treatment, and the interior of closed pipeline containers are widely used in various fields. Used in various water treatment projects (disinfection, sterilization, oxidation, deodorization, decolorization) or to produce ozone disinfected water. It is used for air disinfection in various occasions (sterilization in processing workshops in pharmaceutical and food industries). It is used for sterilization in closed pipeline sealed containers (containers such as reaction kettles).
